AERACO
BAPTIZED BY FIRE
(ALBUM REVIEW)

BY: BENNY HENDERSON JR. July 26, 2017

Chicago based hard rock band, Aeraco , know how to throw down some serious smack down when it comes to rocking out the masses. The high energy the gang produce on stage is next to none, the heart pounding, ear shredding, grit in your gut style of performances have garnered the band a serious following of die-hard fans, as well as the prestigious CMA award for 2016’s “Best Rock Entertainer”.

And get this, they have only just begun.

Thursday, July 28th, the band will release their sophomore album, “Baptized By Fire” via Dark Star Records . And if you are a fan of the hard rocking 80’s and 90’s scene, meshed in with some of today’s metal, then I know for a fact, you’ll honestly dig this new helping of tunes that Aeraco have to offer.
The album is no joke, the opening track, “Back With Vengeance” kicks you right in the teeth, and it just a prelude to what the entire album is all about. In fact, track two, “Cum to Rock” (Not a Typo) goes straight for the juggler. Song after song the listener is assaulted with unapologetic hard rocking tunes. Although track six, “All I Know”, does slow down the tempo a bit, it is not your average ballad, it may not be the type of in your face force most of the album showcases, but, it does display the soulful style the band also features throughout their music.

Overall, all thirteen tracks are exceedingly entertaining, and there is absolutely not a bad song throughout the entire album. The listener is going to get a mixture of diverse styles, you may get a feeling of Avenged Sevenfold, maybe a taste of Van Halen, or a dose of Def Leppard and a dash of Metallica, but all ingredient’s make the sound of Aeraco, and the sound of Aeraco, well, to be bunt, it’s bad ass!

A must have for your library of music.
