GNARWOLF
II
(EP REVIEW)

BY: BENNY HENDERSON JR. JUNE 24, 2017

If you’re taste in music consists of thrashing guitars, hard hitting beats, high powered melodies, heart pounding ear shredding screams, and lyrics that will put a little fear into your soul, then Gnarwolf is for you.

The Austin, TX based hardcore band dropped their EP “II” this past April, and if I say so myself, it may not be a masterful work of art, but it is raw, real, unshakable, very gutsy, and down right in your face unapologetic entertainment. It features six tracks of kick ass crazy chaos that will no doubt leave your ears ringing from the thrashing sounds. Their music is not for the faint of heart.

The EP was recorded live by Kyle Tomchesson and Jeremy Fowler of Euphonic Productions who have worked with various bands in Texas. And mixed and mastered by Zachary Pierce of Pro State Studios.
Gnarwolf has a sound that is not to be taken lightly, it’s metal with an edge, and extremely powerful.

Again, if you dig music with an attitude, then Gnarwolf is a must.
